Washington Coast Vacation Rentals Seabrook has a new luxury home on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Eagles Nest is situated on the edge of West Hill Park (soon to be developed). It has fantastic views of the tides, sunsets and town center. A large wrap-around porch, great room, an octagonal sun room and three bedrooms all provide viewing of the daily theater of the every changing ocean. With 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, Eagles Nest will comfortably sleep up to 15 guests.

On the first level of the main house is the great room with views of the ocean and West Hill Park. The spacious kitchen is well furnished with granite countertops, large island (with five bar stools), double oven, bar sink and lots of cupboard space. The dining table seats eight and can be expanded to seat twelve. The large living area has a 47” TV, gas fireplace, a very large sectional and other comfortable seating. The second level, in addition the three bedrooms and 2 baths, also has a media room and an octagonal sun room with view in all four directions (southern and western exposure). This is a great area for card playing, puzzle working, or just relaxing while viewing the ocean, park and town center.

Three of the bedrooms in the main house have king beds and ocean views. One master suite is located on the first level and a second master suite is on the second level with double-door access to an airy sun room. The third bedroom with a king bed also has a vanity sink along with a day bed for an extra person. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, single bed and flat screen TV with built-in DVD player. A media room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV, DVD player and Play Station 2. The carriage house provides the fifth bedroom with a queen bed in a separate room, a single sleeper in the ottoman, convenience kitchen and small balcony overlooking the park and view of the ocean.

How about warm feet when stepping into the bathroom? All four bathrooms (including the carriage house) have heated tile floors. The main house also has a circulating hot water system providing warm water at each faucet within seconds.

And yes, in addition to the large wrap-around (mostly covered) deck, the yard contains a hot tub for seven, BBQ and an open deck area for sunning. Eagles Nest is a custom designed home in a stunning location in the well designed and beautiful town of Seabrook.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
