The entry floor offers a Master Queen bedroom, private bath with large soaking tub and separate shower. Gourmet Kitchen equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and positioned for optimum entertaining and enjoyment of all. Formal dining table comfortably seats eight and island seats three.

The second floor offers two bedrooms, media room and balcony with ocean view. The master bedroom includes a view of the ocean, queen bed and full bath with large soaking tub. The second bedroom with two twin beds and full bath. This floor serves as gathering place with large flat screen HGTV, DVD library, board games and more!

Stroll out the back door to relax in the large hot tub. The carriage house above garage sleeps four additional guests. Complete with queen sofa sleeper, kitchenette, table seating four and queen bedroom with 3/4 bath.
