It is nestled in the Woodland Promenade with the beach just minutes away. Enjoy watching the purples and fusions of a Seabrook sunset from the third floor or start your morning with coffee on the deck off the master bedroom as the sun rises over the Pacific.

This spacious home offers three levels of comfort, convenience and fun. The main level has a large, fully stocked, open kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace. The adjoining dining room seats eight with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The laundry room and additional ½ bath completes the first floor.

A deck leads to the private hot tub, fenced yard, and carriage house for accommodating the extended family. Gas grill and a wooden table and chairs offer outdoor dining options. Two bikes in the garage await adventuresome riders.

Heading upstairs you'll find three bedrooms – the master bedroom has a queen size bed with adjacent bath. Young and old alike will enjoy the bunkroom that shares a bath with the other bedroom which has a queen size bed.

One more entertaining floor to go! Enjoy all that the third level has to offer. Settle back on the comfortable sectional sofa and enjoy the 42” plasma tv. Challenge friends and family to one of the many board games or to Nintendo Wii. Watch one of the many movies on the DVD player or curl up in the oversized chair to read. Bookcases are filled with family favorites for young and old alike. There is also another full bath and queen size sleeper sofa.

Need more room? Above the garage is the carriage house, with two twin beds and a sitting area as well as a mini bar complete with microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Enjoy a DVD on the LCD tv or just kick back in your own private space. The home has many amenities – a number of movies, spa robes for the hot tub, and two baby gates to protect your little people on the move.
