The master queen bedroom with an attached full bath is a private first floor getaway. A tiled back hallway, spacious pantry, half bath, and side-by-side washer and dryer complete the first floor.

This home offers free local and long distance calls to the US and Canada, along with wireless high speed internet access. Two baby gates are available for the safety of your little ones.

Upstairs is a great media room with a flat-screen HDTV w/DVD and Digital Cable provided for your viewing pleasure, a CD player, a collection of DVD movies, and a queen sleeper sofa. There are two large, well-appointed second floor bedrooms; one with a queen bed and computer desk. The second bedroom contains two twin bunk (4) beds. A full bath completes the upstairs level.

The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
