In this open floor plan the dining area, living room and gourmet kitchen flow together so you can enjoy your family time together even if you're the cook. The convenient laundry room and ½ bath complete the first floor.

Located on the second floor is a master suite with King Bed and private large bathroom, a guest suite with 2 twin beds with nautical theme and the fun Hawaiian themed suite with a Queen Size bed. Another full bathroom completes the second floor.

Bringing the kids or bring out the kid in you with the fully equipped game room on the third level. Darts are included for your fun and enjoyment. The third level includes a media room with large flat screen TV, DVD player, and full bath. Additional sleeping space is available with a Sofa Sleeper.

Relax in the comfortable white wicker chairs on the wraparound covered porch, enjoy soaking in the private hot tub, walking the nature trails to the beach or take one of the bikes for a spin.

Although this home does not accept pets the owners do have personal pets that stay in the home.

The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
