Our comfortable beach cottage has been designed and decorated to stir up pleasant memories and inspire the creation of new ones. Whether you’re mixing pancake batter in a vintage Pyrex bowl in the kitchen, working on your blog at the antique desk overlooking Lily Walk park, playing in the pint sized playhouse, cleaning up those beach treasures on the back porch, or just taking a nap after a day of exploring; you will find Remember When to be that special home away from home.

Walk inside the front door to find a spacious light filled living, dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has a lot of counter space, open shelves to make finding what you need a snap, and even empty cabinet space to put all those groceries away. The large dining table created from an antique farm table will seat 8 comfortably. Our ground floor master bedroom has a king size bed featuring a rare and beautiful live edge Myrtlewood headboard. A full bathroom links the bedroom to the back of the house. A convenient mudroom through the back door provides a place to drop those beach clothes. With a bench, lots of hooks, a full capacity front loading washer and dryer and a storage closet just for guests.

At the top of the stairs you will find a fun space for the kids. An adorable bunk bed with a playhouse underneath will keep your little one’s imagination entertained. A smaller flat screen TV with cable, family DVDs and a Nintendo Wii complete the space. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds and a full bathroom with a large tub and a great mountain view complete the upstairs.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
