Washington Coast Vacation Rentals Sandbanks ’87 is located at the top of the Lily Walk neighborhood and is a perfect vacation getaway for your family or friends. If you’re looking for a charming and welcoming home that sleeps eight people comfortably, this is the place for you! The contemporary style of Sandbanks ’87, complimented by a touch of British décor makes this beach cottage unique and very attractive inside and out. The name of this cottage was inspired by a beach in the UK where the owner proposed to his wife in 1987. This cottage's location is ideal for a walk to the town center, watching kids ride bikes or play in the park across the street, enjoying beautiful forest views, or having a fire in Lily Walk’s central park grass and picnic area.

As you walk through the front door, you enter the living room. A large couch and two chairs are situated around the surround sound entertainment center and 42” plasma HDTV. Enjoy a movie on the Blueray DVD player, watch cable TV, or curl up on the couch and read a book. Turn left and you will see the dining area and kitchen. The dining room table seats six comfortably, but two extra chairs and a high chair are provided for larger dinner crowds. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and its beautiful wood cabinets store all your cooking needs such as pots, pans, dishware, silverware and more. A half bathroom completes the main floor. Head down stairs and you will find a complete living area! This includes a living/TV room with large sectional, double bedroom with sitting nook a full bath/shower room along with wash/dryer, beach cruisers and doorway that leads to Lily Walk's park.

As you make your way up the stairs to the second floor, you will enter a small media and living room. A bunk bed, chair, and plasma TV are all situated in this room. Two bedrooms with queen size beds in them are also located on this floor. A shared full bathroom completes the second floor.

Don’t forget that a lot of your time will be spent outside of Sandbanks ‘87 too, so go explore all Seabrook has to offer! Unwind in one of the chairs on the wrap around porch, hop on a bike and cruise around the neighborhood, build a fire in one of the many fire pits around Seabrook, play in the park and enjoy the outdoor board games such as bocce ball and shuffle board. Receive spa treatment at BlueSpa or take the kids for a horseback ride along the beach! Mill 109 offers spectacular pub food and Lil’s Pantry is available for all your grocery needs. There are three beach accesses and one of them is located right next to the Lily Walk neighborhood. Finally, head down to the beach or sit in the grass amphitheater in front of Mill 109 to watch a beautiful Pacific Ocean sunset to wrap up a great day in Seabrook!

Additional Notes:
Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. Those hours are: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Please call Seabrook Cottage Rentals if you have any questions or concerns.
