Welcome to "A Surfer’s Retreat." Relax, kick back, and enjoy your very own “endless summer." Located in the enchanting new Lily Walk neighborhood, this professionally decorated brand new cottage is designed to captivate and thrill you with a colorful, tropical palette reminiscent of both the north coast and the north shore! Light, bright and beautiful with space to accommodate 8 guests, our home features a main floor master suite with plush king bed, attached bath with a cast iron tub and floor to ceiling tile.
The main floor living area features wrap around wainscoting, extensive crown molding, hardwood floors, a full size sofa, chairs, artwork by local NW and island artists, and a one touch gas fireplace with built in 42” plasma TV. The lovely dining room features a large farm table with benches that seat 8 comfortably. The spacious kitchen is a fully appointed chef’s dream with gas stove, French door refrigerator, white painted cabinets, and black granite countertops. A steam washer & dryer are located in the mudroom where you will find octopus and seahorse hooks for your towels and coats. With both a charming front porch and a spacious rear deck with attached hot tub, gas barbecue and an awesome forest view, you and your friends and family will enjoy some truly memorable days & evenings here.
Upstairs you will find a 2nd family room with a large comfortable sectional sofa, a 2nd 42” plasma TV with all the comforts of home including a gaming system, extensive DVD collection for children and adults alike, and a chest with many popular family games. You will be “stoked” to see a full size surfboard mounted on the wall, a “gnarly” skateboard, a “rad” skim board, and cool big wave surfer canvas as the featured décor to capture the surfing vibe the owners love so much. There is also an island themed bunk room with 4 built in bunk beds with drawers perfect for kids and big enough for adults and a bedroom with a comfy queen bed and bath with tub and pedestal sink.
This home also features wireless internet, cable TV, and free long distance. We are located a stone’s throw from the beach trail which takes you through a short old growth forest hike to the fabulous beach. We are a 5 minute walk from anywhere in Seabrook. As part of your Seabrook experience, you can use any of the public parks, trails, basketball court, outdoor fire pits, bocce ball courts, etc. Very soon, we will front a new park area and mountain biking trails.
