Washington Coast Vacation Rentals Across the street from Seabrook's new 60' indoor swimming pool and just a short walk to the beach, Cottage by the Pool is centrally located. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. On the first floor old growth fur floors create a homey feeling in the casual and open living room, dining and kitchen area. The living room has an authentic wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Off the adjoining dining room is a full glass door opening to a new deck with built-in benches and a view of Crescent Park. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It includes place settings for 12 plus plastic plates and cups for kids. Also, on the main floor is the master bedroom suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet and a full bath with double sinks. Near the front door is a half bath and an alcove especially equipped with beach towels, flip flops and pool toys.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one bath, and a media room. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two beautifully crafted built-in bunk beds. This bunk room sleeps four. The media room has a full size sofa sleeper, and is equipped with a flat screen TV, a DVD player and Wii. A stackable washer/dryer is also conveniently located upstairs.

Additional features are long distance telephone service, wifi, a private hot tub and a gas BBQ. Cottage by the Pool is well stocked with games, family-oriented DVD's, beach toys and books for all ages.
