Washington Coast Vacation Rentals Welcome to Pelican Perch. This inviting 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is well equipped for a fun-filled, 'comforts-of-home' stay. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen to make cooking not only easy but fun, including a KitchenAid stand mixer, a hand blender, food processor, and more.

When dinner is over, head over to the fire pit at North Alder Park to roast s'mores and chat with other Seabrook guests. The outdoor fireplace is a great gathering spot as well as a safe place to indulge in some fun dessert making.

If you need a little exercise after dinner, instead of dessert, head to the tennis and basketball court around the corner from the house to Alderwood Playground. Or, if you prefer, feel free to ride the bikes around the neighborhood and see the town.

The kids will have plenty of space and entertainment when the weather doesn't allow outdoor play by hanging out in the upstairs media room. The large 47" flatscreen is great for movie or cable tv watching from the couch/hide-a-bed. Or, they can enjoy playing video games on the Xbox 360 with Kinect for a little interactive fun and indoor exercise.

If media entertainment isn't on the agenda, Pelican Perch provides lots of card and board games for the whole family. The media room has a traditional game table including chess, checkers and backgammon and the downstairs kitchen closet has cards, Trouble, Life, Monopoly, and more.

After some family time, relax in the hot tub in the private back yard just off the green belt. The hot tub is equipped with a swing out table, easy access stairs, and towel hooks in close, easy reach.

With 2 king beds in two separate master suites, 3 twin beds and a fold out cot in the third bedroom plus a queen hide-a-bed in the media room, Pelican Perch comfortably sleeps 10 people. All rooms have comfortable mattresses with pillows galore. No one will be cold with the comfort and warmth of down comforters and luxury bedding for all. In addition, this well-equipped home also includes a port-a-crib and baby gate for those families with toddlers and little climbers.

The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
