From the fancifully colored dining room to the Scandinavian inspired wall beds on the third floor, Once Upon a Time is a home you will remember. The bright rugs of Susan Sargent and the whimsical art of Alaskan artist Rie Munoz bring a lighthearted mood to our home.

The living room, dining room and kitchen flow well together. Whether you are preparing a meal at the 6-burner stove in the gourmet kitchen or lounging in front of the fireplace watching the game or DVD on the big-screen TV, no one feels left out of the action. An extensive library offers a book for everyone. The second floor provides all you would expect; a spacious master (Kg) suite with soaking tub, a 2nd bedroom (Kg), a 3rd (Qn), and bath. All beds on this level are memory foam, providing you a deep comfortable sleep.

If you're drawn to homes with a carriage house, look no further than the 3rd floor of Once Upon a Time. Children of all ages will be captivated by the enchanting third floor retreat, whether snuggling into one of the 4 built-in extra-long single wall beds or playing a game in the cozy nook overlooking Seabrook. Also included in the entertainment area is a 36” TV and DVD, a queen size feather-top sofabed and a ¾ bath. There are even folding chairs and tables stored under the wall bunks for crafters’ projects.
