Feel the embrace of this beautiful home as you approach the front porch. This is a fantastic place to be in the evening, with the colored lanterns, Adirondack chairs, a loveseat glider, friends and family. This home recently added a brand new Ping Pong table in the garage.

Step inside, to see the first floor, with its spacious living area that features wood floors, a nautical theme, plush furniture, flat screen TV, wood fireplace and a welcome abode for your K-9 companions. Just off the living room are two bedrooms, and in the hall is a full bathroom for these rooms to share. The first room has two sets of bunk beds, and the second room has a queen bed with flat-screen TV.

Walk through into the dining area, with its open, airy windows, seating at the table for 6, with 2 more spots at the breakfast bar. Continue into the fully stocked kitchen, where you'll be delighted with granite countertops, and gourmet kitchen gadgets including an espresso machine. Just a few more steps will take you into the utility room, with a half-bath, washer and dryer. Out the back door is a hot tub, campfire pit, where you can sit and count the stars at night.

Back inside this charming home, travel up the stairs to the master suite. This inviting room has a king bed, loveseat (that pulls out into a twin bed), full bath with his and her sinks, and the promise of relaxation... or romance? You decide.

The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
