Out the French doors leads you to the enclosed sun porch with patio furniture. Off the enclosed porch is your BBQ and a secluded hot tub.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with their own private bathroom. The King bedroom faces North Alder Park, flat screen TV’s are in both rooms.
Additional sleeping is available on the first floor, a very comfortable Kingsdown 7” thick innerspring mattress Sleeper Sofa.
Large flat screen tv and over 500 channels, Sony Wii, free local and long distance calls, wireless internet, board games, bocce ball set, all you need for entertainment!
The kitchen is fully equipped with Crockpot, Espresso Machine, Toaster, Tea Kettle, Salad Spinner, Knife Block, stainless steel pots and pans, Shaker Set, Martini and Wine Glasses and Granite Counters.

Never been so relaxed...

What a wonderful town! This was our first time visiting Seabrook, and probably the first time we have actually felt completely relaxed in years! We stayed almost a week, so we got to explore the town and the restaurant, etc. Fantastic... The French Beach House is a wonderful cottage and we felt right at home there. The best part was the sunken hot tub, which is completely private. We soaked for hours on our stay and just took in all the fresh air. The location of the cottage is ideal. Private, but sits right on the edge of a nice little community park. Bedrooms are great... Master is spacious and we were tucked in and cozy through a wild storm outside on one night. Another fantastic thing about this cottage is the sun porch. We spent every morning out there with coffee and wireless. If I bought a house here at Seabrook, I think this cottage has everything I would need, nice kitchen, mudroom, comfy living room and wood stove. What a great find!!!
