The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. So beautiful, very Cape Cod! IrelandGirl1 from seattle, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2012 As soon as you drive into this community to feel as if you have been transplanted. The cottages are all very different, and full of charm. The "Beach Camp" area had several units with hot tubs and backed right up to the woods. The campfire area is very cozy, and relaxing. The decor of this property wishes that I could decorate my own house this way. A short walk to the beach where you can collect shells and walk along the coast. Very amazing!		Overall Satisfacation
Sweet cottage with great, private hot-tub in the woods travelbunny2011 from Tacoma, Washington, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2012 We really enjoyed this cabin, which is part of the Beach Camp community at Seabrook. It is well situated and has a huge, private backyard hot-tub, accessible through the master bedroom. Though the cabin is quite small, my husband and I, and our two kids (8 & 6), were remarkably comfortable here. The main living space is open, the kitchen is clean and functional, and the color palate (butter color walls and white bead-board) is quite pretty. There are too many nick-knacks for my taste (little collectibles abound); I would recommend that the shelves be left open for guests instead. Also, the towels were barely adequate ( 4 small towels for all 4 of us for 5 days). But those are small peeves. The beds were comfortable and the setting was pretty. Our kids made friends with neighbor kids and really enjoyed the home-made woodland swing behind the house. Later we saw a Coyote back in the woods, so be aware that this is a wild place -- that's good in our view! Great community fire-pit out front. A big bonus of Seabrook is the new pool and hot-tub, which we used almost every day. Our kids also loved riding bikes here (there are 2 beach cruisers that come with the house), and the beach was lovely, though it rained through most of our visit. We discovered that we could drive on the beach at an access 2 miles south of Seabrook -- this was especially useful due to the changeable weather. Here we found a huge cache of sand-dollars and a pretty beach. We had been leery about Seabrook as too cookie cutter, but it's really quite lovely and more diverse and treed than we expected. We'll be back!		Overall Satisfacation
