Other 3 bedrooms are all oversized rooms with private baths. Garage can hold 4 cars and plenty of room for all the toys. This home has every bell and whistle you can imagine, it?s a must see home. Home has CABLE TV, and WIFI. Landline is unlimited local and long distance within the USA. 1st Floor- has grand entry way, with half bathroom; walk into the oceanfront kitchen, with wrap around granite bar, living room with L shaped couch to sit and watch the 50inch flat screen above the fireplace, all open area, living room, dining room, and kitchen with oceanfront deck where the gas BBQ stands. 2nd Floor -has oceanfront (1st) master bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2ppl) with master bathroom and Jacuzzi tub, bedroom has large TV with private deck facing ocean, walk down the hallway to the 2nd floor living area with futon couch, full bed sleeps 2ppl, with TV and games, (2nd) bedroom has 2 queens, with TV, sleeps 4ppl, with full bathroom, Washer and Dryer in laundry. 2nd floor will sleep up to 4-8ppl. 3rd Floor ?has oceanfront (3rd bedroom) master bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2ppl) with private patio and TV with master bathroom and steam shower, walk down the hallway, to the (4th) bedroom with single queen bed (sleeps 2ppl) and private bathroom, (5th) bedroom has 3 full beds and TV (sleeps 6ppl). 3rd floor will sleep up to 5-10ppl.Garage has 2 adult bikes, 2 junior bikes, 2 child size bikes, 2 kayaks, 4 boogie boards, 1 surf board, 2 umbrellas, and beach chairs. Garage is a tandem garage, parking for 4 cars and 2 in driveway. *Security deposit is $1500 for nightly & weekly reservations, anything over 30 days; deposit is higher. Rent price does not include bed tax of 10%, $350 cleaning fee & reservation fee of $45. All rentals include linens and towels. Home is a fully furnished vacation rental.

My only criticism would be the less than complete kitchen supplies - it was challenging to cook for 10-12 people with the pots/pans/casseroles/serving dishes that were there. Also disappointed that there was no large dining area where we could all sit together - lots of bar space and a medium sized kitchen table. But we made do, and had a spectacular week! However, two beds were full of sand (between the sheets, gross!) and the floor and stairs were sandy/dirty upon arrival. Apparently, the cleaning crew missed a few things with the prior renters. The master suites are amazing and the views are stunning. Our family enjoyed a perfect weekend to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary. My only complaint would be that a house that sleeps 12 should have a table for 12. We had to eat at the counter every night, all in a long line. The counter stools are so massive that people had to be helped in and out and once seated were trapped until someone helped to scoot them back! We had twelve people there and we never felt crowded. Every couple felt like they had wonderful private space as well as wonderful gathering space in the main room on the beach level. We had fantastic weather. The house has everything you need right there: umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, bikes, even a longboard for surfing. We felt like we were royalty in this lovely home. We will recommend this to others and would happily book this home again. We leave with happy memories. I wish the dinning table had 8 chairs (it has 6 chairs). The house is large and clean, there were plenty of towels and we had a wonderful time. We will come back. Unfortunately, in this case the tenant did not want be disturbed during their stay and so we were not able to meet their demands. Our homes are well maintained; however, just like at your own home things can break at anytime. We have 24/7 emergency lines and vendors waiting just in case problems arise. Our vendors are friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help. The pin-hole leak was fixed after the tenant moved out upon their request. Our goal is for everyone to enjoy their vacation and our beautiful area. Come and stay at this beautiful mansion on the beach and let us handle any problems that arise while you are relaxing with your feet in the sand.
