Painted hardwood floors throughout home, WIFI, gated front yard with a white picket fence, walk in the front door into the living room with a large bay window looking out to the marina, flat screen TV in living room with plenty of seating to relax, kitchen table seats 6ppl, galley kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed. Washer and dryer, 1st bedroom has queen bed with slider to patio, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds -trundle bed. Home is very light and airy. Side yard is open and has a chiminea to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The beach is 3 doors down a very short walk to Hollywood Beach, farmers market and Whales Tail Restaurant, across the street is Sailing school.

Cozy Cottage on Hollywood Beach A guest from Port Hueneme, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 25 days in April, 2013 Our Family rented this charming cottage for two months. Although the sand does not start at the back door, it is just about the same. A short 100 foot walk will get you to the sand. Outside the front door there is a meticulously manicured garden. Across the street is the new Channel Islands boating center, the Channel Islands yacht club, and the Channel Islands Harbor. On Sunday, the Channel Islands Harbor Farmers Market, one of the larger markets in the area, is across the street. The cottage has a fenced patio area with a fire pit, and outside furniture. It is an ideal place to soak in the California sunshine. We especially loved roasting hot dogs and smores while enjoying the ocean breeze. The three bedrooms are spacious, and outfitted with very comfortable beds and high-quality linens and bedding. The cottage only offers one bathroom, but was recently renovated and has modern fixtures. The kitchen offers all the tools needed to cook about anything you could imagine. The property is exceptionally clean!The owner went above and beyond to make certain the cottage was properly outfitted with all the things our family of six needed such as children?s books, games and toys. The staff at Remax Gold Coast Property Management are the best! They were helpful in finding the right property to meet our needs, and were professional and helpful throughout our stay!All in all it was a great place for us to live. Our kids loved every minute living by the ocean. We hope to have an opportunity to stay again! |
