Are you looking for a new luxury oceanfront beach rental? You found it!! Our home is a contemporary retreat located on one of the finest beaches in Ventura County. It features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, WIFI, 1 car garage, flat screen TV?s throughout, lower and upper patios and an unobstructed view of the Channel Islands. Located on Hollywood Beach, we are walking distance to the Harbor as well as some great local restaurants and entertainment. Our house is ON THE SAND. The entrance to the home is on the second floor and provides access to the open floor plan with picturesque ocean views. The kitchen includes wrap around granite counter tops with bar stools for seating, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The dining area is located in front of a large picture window to enjoy the sunsets or watch the dolphins play out in the ocean. The living room has leather sectional sofa to relax and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV, (1) master bedroom has queen bed and is furnished as you would expect in a luxury hotel and includes a master bathroom with his and her sinks and a large walk in tile shower. Go down the stairs to the (2) additional bedrooms. One with 2 twin bunk beds and a futon, along with a sliding glass door to the oceanfront patio, a luxury bathroom with ?Jack and Jill? access to (3) the guest bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and mirrored closet doors. The washer and dryer as well as a large linen closet are on this floor, along with a 1 car garage for parking, and another garage houses a ping pong table and toys for the beach.
