This home has beam ceilings which makes the home so much more spacious feeling, floor to ceiling windows and slider doors going out to the oceanfront balcony. You will enjoy every sunset in this beautiful oceanfront vacation rental! *Security deposit is $600 for weekly reservations, anything over 30 days; deposit is higher. Rent price does not include bed tax of 8%, $300 cleaning fee & reservation fee of $45. All rentals include linens and towels. Home is a fully furnished vacation rental.

A great TV show out the front windows, which made for great sunset watching. Nice spacious upstairs, all amenities in kitchen. Overall, a nice place to unwind. Quiet Stay at Hollywood Beach! Reviewed by: Adam M. recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Incredible views from the main room and downstairs bedroom. This place looks MUCH better in person than online photos. I wasn't sure when I rented if it was going to be this nice, but turns out we were all pleasantly surprised. We rented with another family - 4 adults, 4 kids total and there was plenty of space for all. Kids bedroom was perfect for 3 kids (4 if they don't mind sharing the bottom bunk full). Master bedroom is very big with nice master bath. The closet alone is perfect for a crib or pack-n-play if you're traveling with a baby.The beds were comfortable (always a nice plus!). Although the beach was hazy and somewhat cold during July 4th week, we still had a great time. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but we got used to it. The house has some beach carts to carry your gear to the beach, made it MUCH easier! Only disappointment was the gas grill was not there but the management company supplied a charcoal grill. Took some more planning to cook our meals, but not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again! Very comfortable upstairs, but not downstairs. Reviewed by: sheila n. recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2011 Only one TV that is worth watching, the others have problems. Had to call management to get remotes. both smoke alarms were beeping, management did fix this. we had to wash dowm all the outside chairs before we could use them. Most of the dishes and silverware had silverfish in them. most of the time we spotted this and cleaned before we used. I realize the place had been empty for some time, the downstairs sheets in the kids room did not look clean. The view was wonderful and besides the cleaning we did have a wonderful time.
