Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Gated backyard. Pet Friendly. Wireless Internet & Cable. No garage, only driveway parking. Washer and Dryer is available. Weekly rent during the winter time $900, and Summer weeks are $1300. Monthly rent during the winter time is $1900 per month and a flat rate of utiltites, all rentals over 30 days or more, credit application required. $25 per person over 25 years old. All rentals do not include bed tax of 8% or the cleaning fee of $150. Winter time is after Labor Day to Memorial Day, Summer starts Memorial Day to Labor Day, select Holidays are increased of 20% rate. .*Security deposit is $600 for weekly reservations, anything over 30 days; deposit is higher. Rent price does not include bed tax of 8%, $150 cleaning fee & reservation fee of $45. All rentals include linens and towels. Home is a fully furnished vacation rental. Van Nuys beach cottage A guest from Grass Valley, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 59 days in February, 2012 While cottage was clean, many things were in disrepair. For instance, furnace went out and I spent four very chilly nights trying to get it repaired. (It was reported but I made trips to property manager three days in a row before I got any action.) Silverstrand A guest from Silverstrand, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2012 Love staying on Silverstrand Beach. The beach is clean and groomed. All the locals residents are extremely nice. Kristina our property manager is awesome and exceeded our expectations. Will come back with my family and use only Kristina for my families vacation needs. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2011 because of the great beach location, TL CARED FOR COTTAGE STEPS FROM THE SAND! We loved this place. Mgt co was very friendly, worked hard, and did the little things to make our stay perfect. Neighbors were even friendly, and fun. Exactly as advertised A guest from North Hills, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 It was everything we wanted. A very comfortable home just a few houses down from the sand.
