Casal del Cervo is beautiful and luxury villa with a breath-taking view on the Tiber river valley in the southern part of Umbria, in a natural and archaeological area, only 40 miles away from Rome, close to the medieval village of Otricoli (TR). The property is an ancient country estate going back to the beginning of the 19th century, with other annexed, totally and luxury restored in 2007, keeping the original features and atmosphere.
The main house, covering an area of 550 sqm, consists of 2 floors and a typical tower with a large terrace. The first floor includes the large entrance hall, two large living rooms with ancient fireplaces, a spectacular and panoramic terrace above the valley, a large and elegant marble step to the tower and its terrace, three double suite bedrooms (one with fireplace), two bathrooms and a dressing room. The other floor includes the large dining room with marble fireplace, a large kitchen also with fireplace, a laundry room, another bathroom, and a studio/office. The ground floor of the main house and the guest house building (dependance) are separated by a large Courtyard with a bower outside the kitchen and a large porch outside the dining room. In the courtyard there is also an ancient wood stove. The guest house has two double suite bedrooms with two large bathrooms and a small living room. A staircase brings from the court yard to the panoramic and marble finished swimming pool, where there is also a gazebo.
All the property has luxury marble and wood finishes (boiseries), old brick floors, and the bathrooms have large marble shower rooms.

The property has a large terrain with olives and fruits plants, and spring water.
The property is only 40 miles away from Rome, and only 2 miles away from Otricoli Village, and it’s moreover accessible directly from the Rome International Airport (Fiumicino) with a train which stops few miles away (Borghetto/Civita Castellana Rail Station).

Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING (e-mail). Until 90 days before the check in date, we will refund the 30% of your Reservation Deposit. From 89 to 31 days before the check in date, we will keep the entire Reservation Deposit. If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the check in date, we will keep the entire Rental Fee, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period. In this case, we will refund the entire amount, less 70 Euros as cancellation fee.
