Three bedroom rental on Lake Winnebago in Neenah, WI (part of a four family building - has own separate entrance). Less than 15 minutes from both Appleton and Oshkosh, WI. Large front yard with swing set (children welcome). Beautiful view of the lake from the living room windows. Large outdoor deck where you can relax with a book in hand and hear the water lapping at the shore.

Very large kitchen with eat in area. Formal dining room with table that will seat 6.

Master bedroom has a skylight (and gets very sunny in the mornings)

Lake Winnebago is known for its fishing (you can bring your boat and access the lake nearby) and it has a sandy bottom which makes it great for swimming! (water socks are suggested due to random patches of zebra mussels though) Public boat launch is less than 2.5 miles from my home.

Bring your snowmobile for winter fun on Lake Winnebago - ice fishing as well.

If you bring your own boat you are more than welcome to secure it to my dock (water depth at dock is about 3 feet).

Payment Options: Cash, check, Credit Card or PayPal. In order to reserve the rental you will need to submit a $200 deposit that is fully refundable, based on the condition of the rental when you leave. Full rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.
