However, the condo was in need of repairs and needed a very thorough cleaning. The condo was in a great location, the beach access could not have been better. Pleasant, roomy condo. A guest from Tupelo, MS recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in September, 2012 A few negative's were that one of the neighbors would smoke, making sitting on the balcony impossible, day or evenings!The last night the neighbors above got in around 3am, and started sliding chairs, unpacking etc, very loud! Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 The master bathroom was a very pleasant surprise :) A new recliner could be used, but we just threw a sheet over it and were fine! I loved the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Our Stay at Tidewater 902 10/12-10/16 2011 Jeannine W. from Clinton, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2011 This was a very relaxing vacation. This property is nice, the condo nice, has everything you need. Kitchen well equipped. Having the washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient. Everything in the condo was in working order. CLEANLINESS: The sofa needs a good upholstery cleaning, the comforter and pillow shams on the master king size bed, are DIRTY. The rest of the linens on the bed are crisp and clean. Took comforter off and set aside immediately.Bath rooms were nice and clean. The general condition of the condo common areas are pretty decent, starting to show some age, but in pretty good shape and kept pretty clean. The beach and access to it are fantastic, Beautiful views of the stunning Gulf. POOLS are nice, clean and well maintained. The HOT TUB was not in working order the entire stay. The maintenance woman, cleaned it out several times, but the water was really murky and the jets were not working. It was our suspicion that an unsupervised boy that was staying on the property was pouring something in it. He was up to some other mischievous activity that was rather annoying as well. Maintenance staff EXCELLENT, friendly and helpful. Bender Realty, extremely helpful, and offered really good information about the area. We would rent from Bender again and would stay on this property again. 902 is a great unit overall.
