Tastefully furnished condo with granite counters and modern appliances in kitchen, large TV and gas firelplace in living area, seating for six at the dining table. Shared amenities include a hot tub and tennis courts. Neighborhood park is next door. Miles of bike trails from the Village at Squaw Valley to Sugarpine State Park on Tahoe's West Shore just outside your door. Since this condo is ski leased, it is not available during winter months. Please know, the owner brings his cat. Though carpets are cleaned twice annually and vacuumed prior to all reservations, there may be dander that affects those allergic to cats.

Great location and large condominium with everything you need. One thing to point out if you are allergic to cats, you may not want to stay.

Thought he carpets are cleaned twice annually there will be some dander the cleaners cannot pick up by vacuuming between rentals. Good point. The unit now has a notice the owner has a cat.
