Motor access to 100 m from the house. (65 steps). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 100 m, shingle beach 50 m. Please note: car essential. Main road 100 m from the property. A children's pool and 2 tennis courts are available to guests. Residence has different buildings located on the slope and degrading towards lake.
