Children love to splash in the interactive fountain. And the fitness ctr. and indoor pool make the most of a rainy afternoon. Convenience surrounds, with TV/DVDs in every room, a market down the street, and a Sunset Island bayside cafe. The community charges a $50 non-refundable registration fee due at the building, and activity passes over 6 will be sold at $70 per tag weekly (children under 3 free). No diapers or swimmies allowed in adult pools.
