Private: natural state grounds 50 m2. 1.9 km long narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (34 steps) to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 3.5 km, restaurant 1.9 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, skisport facilities 17 km, cross-country ski trail 3.5 km. Please note: car essential. In the centre of the hiking region, in rural, typical surroundings. Ideal for excursions to the lake (Thunersee) or for winter sports (Zweisimmen).

3-room chalet on 3 levels, very cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio and electric heating. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) open living/sleeping room with curtain with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 small room with sloping ceilings with sliding door with 2 beds. Top floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm). Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Lovely view of the countryside. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Steep and narrow wooden stairs lead from the ground floor to the 1st and 2nd floor. Water boiler with a 120 l capacity. Wood for the fireplace can be bought on site.
