It was great Sally B from Delmont PA, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2011 After picking this up almost at the last moment, we were very pleased with the service Stacy gave us and the overall trip was great. Weather helped, even when it rained over the Holiday. We were in 58 Timberloft, there were 6 of us, ages 15 to 87 enjoyed grilling,reading,napping in the sunshine,eating and sitting on the deck. The beach was really nice and we went kayaking. We are talking about coming again next year, but haven't been able to get a date that suits everyone. We really appreciated getting away to such a nice resort.Had one minor problem, but it was cheerfully repaired. We will be getting back to you for a rental next year, maybe right on the lake. Mon - Wed in august Mary from Virginia, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2011 The unit was spacious, but needs to be updated. It is worn, tired and dated. There were many light bulbs that need to be replaced and the unit was not so clean. The basement had several issues: the TV did not work, there was a musky smell, and the pullout sofa was unusuable. The management company was helpful in describing the location and ammenities of the unit.		Overall Satisfacation

Only problem we had was no gas in tank for fireplace-which is understandable. We were told someone was coming to fill it up but we were blown off. A simple phone call saying sorry but we are too busy to get someone out to fill tank would have been sufficient. A perfect weekend all around except for the blow off which left a bad taste in our mouths slightly. Property Manager Response: We are very sorry that you felt that you were "blown off". Actually the gas company was to fill and had, in fact, informed us that they had filled the tank. Our office mistake, which we sincerely apologize for, was not calling you after they indicated that the tank was filled to confirm everying was operational again - for this we truly apologize! It all Worked Out Love Deep Creek from Fort Loudon, PA, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2010 The house was very spacious, loved the deck and layout of the inside. The house was tidy and once overclean. To say it was truely very clean; it was not. Spider webs where behind a lot of things and in all the corners.(Not worth bothering the rental compnay over) The decore of the home was very different. It was sort of krepy. Our trip to deep creek was very fun!!! We stay someplace different every time we vist.		Overall Satisfacation
Great Location But... MaiSug from Silver Spring, MD, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2010 This house has a fabulous location. It has a nice view of the lake and is close to everything. The house size and layout is good. Our main issue was that it wasn't as clean as we would normally expect. The closets had stuff left by previous renters and balled up comforters, sheets etc. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean but bedrooms could use a good vacuum. Bed had no mattress cover and only a foam pad on top of the mattress. Also, no deck furniture is a down. Property Manager Response: We are very sorry for the condition you found Tmberloft in....That is totally unacceptable to us and we will address immediately with the cleaning company who handles that home! We have taken measures and provided additional deck furniture to be able to relax on the deck and take in the lake views. Thank you for bringing to our attention the cleaning issues so that we can get that remedied.		Overall Satisfacation
Comfortable but not really clean. Becky from New Eagle, Stayed for 0 days in May, 2010 House was very comfortable for 7 people. It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom. The only complaint is that the house was not very clean when we got there(bathrroms). I did not call them to come and clean it I did it myself, but I know that they would have taken care of it. But the trip was nice and was truely happy with the rental would refer to friends and would stay again. Property Manager Response: Not acceptable. We have pre-visit inspectors that are supposed to check for these types of things, but once in a while, they miss something. We would have definetely taken care of this if our guest had called. Very pleased! HS and Friends from Baltimore, MD, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 We had a great time during our stay at Timberloft. We were happy to find the house in very good condition, clean and comfortable, with ample linens and kitchen supplies available. We were very pleased by the size and layout of the house, too, which was perfect for our party of 7; it was roomy enough that we all had enough space and privacy, but had living areas large enough we could all spend time together. In addition, the price was good, the driveway was adequately cleared of snow, and they even sent some kid around to shovel again, since it snowed all weekend! It's a close and easy drive to Wisp. Timberloft review Miles from Frederick, MD, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2009 Service from the Off Lake rental office was very good; timely response, willing to work with me to reduce cost, and friendly. The home itself was nice, however it was not clean. The carpets were badly stained (some pet stains looked like they had never been cleaned up). The kitchen was tidy but not clean. The exterior of the cabinets were greasy, there was also mouse poop inside the drawers and cabinets. I felt the need to wash every dish and utensil BEFORE we used it. The house had a very strange odor, which the too fragrant air freshener could not even overcome. Thank goodness the weather was nice so I could open the windows. The view from the house was gorgeous, the neighborhood was very nice - and at that time of the year very quiet! Wish we had been closer to the boat dock, but we made it work.
