Up to 5 guests can comfortably sleep here, and a balcony off the kitchen will be enjoyed by all. Our vacation apartment is located in central Nuremberg (Südstadt), easy to reach both by car and by public transportation. This apartment (approx. 75 sq.m.) is located on the third floor of a multi-family building (no elevator available) and consists of two bedrooms and a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet. Smoking only allowed on the balcony. No pets allowed.
The apartment is ideally designed for 4 persons, but a maximum of 5 persons is doable if needed.
* First bedroom: two separate beds (0.9x2 meters), nightstand, wardrobe, two chairs
* Second bedroom: double bed (200x200 cm), large wardrobe, “washing table,” two chairs
* Living/dining room: table with four chairs, large sleeper couch with coffee table, two armchairs, satellite TV, DVD player
* Kitchen: fridge, sink, dishwasher, gas stove top, dishes and utensils for twelve people, small seating area
* Towels, sheets and table cloths included
* All rooms centrally heated
* Internet / Wifi is available
Prices not valid during Toy Fair (Spielwarenmesse) and on weekends when the Christmas Market (Christkindlesmarkt) is taking place – prices for these times on request.
