This third floor condominium is located in a hotel style building close to Deer Park's club house. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and full private bath while the second bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath just across the hall. Enjoy spending time relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace (firewood not supplied) or spend time on the back and soak in the wonderful mountain and pond view.While here enjoy membership in Deer Park's Indoor Pool and Fitness Club. Also, make sure to take time to appreciate all the White Mountains have to offer including downhill skiing, nordic skiing, ice skating, hiking, mountain biking, beautiful views, many summer time attractions and much, much more!Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.*Dogs are welcome, $25 fee per dog. No more than two dogs allowed.*

I think the dishes were a bit overstocked for the person capacity, as there was little room to store food stuffs, due to too many plates....The kitchen, overall, was well stocked with cooking utensils, pot and pans, and silver ware. Not enough cups. No dish drainer. I suppose many use the dishwasher. We did not.The balconies need to be rid of spiders and webs.Overall a nice place to stay. delux camping, not luxury living A guest from Durham, NH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2011 I will definitely call early next year to get back to the condo we stayed in year after year with great delight. This place was a bit run down and just wholy random, mismatched, functional but not very nice stuff at all in the kitchen. It looked like fee market garbage and here and there in corners were things that don't really work - like drawers don't close or things don't really quite work. Very cheap stuff. The other condo is equivalent to how I live, this condo is MANY steps down - not what I consider a nice vacation.
