Spongebob and his friends would certainly be jealous of this Bikini Bottom! Located at the north end of Topsail Island, Bikini Bottom is a very short walk to the beach. Look across to the sound side and not only do you see beautiful sound views, but you see the community swimming pool as well! As you walk around outside you will notice that there is plenty of covered parking for you and your family. For those unfortunate rainy days at the beach, the entrance to the property is located in the carport as well. This downstairs area is the perfect spot for storing all of your beach toys after a long day at the beach. As you walk up the stairs, or take the elevator, to the first floor of living space, you will be in awe of this gem of a property. We sure to take off those flip-flops so can feel the plush carpet beneath your feet. As you walk to the right you will see the closet with the washer and dryer for convenience on laundry days. Just beyond this area is the first bedroom on this floor. This bedroom offers a queen size bed with a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. For those early mornings when you want to watch the sunrise, this elegant room also offers a deck. Back in the hallway, the next room in Bikini Bottom is the shared full bathroom for this floor. Next to this bathroom is another bedroom encompassing a queen bed and a TV. You won’t want to watch too much TV while in here because the views of the sound from the deck of this property are spectacular. If you can pull yourself away from the deck, step back into the room and walk back into the hallway to go to the final bedroom on this floor. This room is perfect for the children, as it has 2 sets of bunk beds. It also offers a TV so that they can watch what they want to and you can too. There is also deck access from this room as well. As you walk back into the hallway, either walk up the stairs or use the elevator to go to the next floor of Bikini Bottom. As you enter this floor you will feel as if you have entered your dream home. This is the great room offering a deck on the sound for enjoying those cups of morning coffee or watching your friends and family enjoy the swimming pool. The adequately equipped living area offers plenty of seating for everyone in your family. Beyond the living area part of this floor is the dining area which will comfortably seat 8 people to feast upon those home-cooked meals and next to this is the spacious kitchen which is perfect for the gourmet chef in the family. Just off of the kitchen is a bay window which offers a small table that seats 4, perfect for breakfast or as the kids table for dinners! Just off of this area is a half bathroom. Circle back through the great room and head back to the stairs or the elevator and take it up to the last floor of Bikini Bottom. This is the gem of the property. This is the master suite perfectly situated for that couple that just needs to get away, offering the sole room on this floor as the master. An elegantly decorated space with a queen bed, TV and a bathroom with a shower is sure to please. There is also a private deck offering the best views of the sound and inlet; allowing complete privacy for that well needed quiet vacation time so you can just relax.
Bikini Bottom is a non-smoking property that allows pets with a pet fee. Linens not provided however you may arrange linen rental, ask your reservationist for details.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
