Best vacation trip to Florida in years A guest from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2012 A friend from Tampa recommended the Sea Rocket. I had no reservations made and leaving in 5 days from CO. Making the reservation was easy, I was able to see the place online which was a bonus. All the people at the property mgmt. were nice, helpful, pleasant to work with. I loved my room but even better was the location and being so close to the beach. I felt like a Florida Beach Bum as it was just a nice relaxing place to be! Much better than a hotel! I will definitely stay again at the Sea Rocket the next time I am in Florida, hopefully 2013! Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 The futon was in bad shape(Rt side leg was held togather with a bent screw)I bought supplies and fixed so we could use, shower head needed replaced, and bathroom fauct was loose. old quaint renovated beach efficency hotel turned into condo. Brian C. from Palm Coast, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2010 Here's the deal... the guy above us in #17 just was flat out noisy thoughout the night until he passed out about 2am. All the plumbing pipes are loud and very noisy so when you either shower, use the toilet or sink it WILL wake you up during the night. (thanks to #17 and #1) The walls and floors are very thin with no insulation. The guy in #17 must of had a heard of elephants running around up their. I recommend either getting an upstairs room no where near #17 and NOT #26 (where the appliance is so old my grandmother used it while growing up in the 50's). by the way #17 is an owner so he is there ALL THE TIME! On my second night the elephants were not there. but that didn't deter our owner in #17 as I watched a hooker/seedy looking girl leave his room in a pickup driven by a local bubba.otherwise it would be a nicer place without this pest!
