Just what I was looking for A guest from Woodstock, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2012 I wanted a quiet, reasonably priced place on the beach. That is what I got. It wasn't a 5 star resort, there were a few minor issues, but overall, I would go back. I can't see 4 people in there-way too small, including bathroom. There were a few light bulbs out, the door didn't shut real tight,and it would have been nice if staff could have turned on air, but nothing big. Suggestion- cabana's or umbrellas for beach. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2012 The room was tiny but quaint and a bit dated. the location was great, walking distance to a few eateries and 10 min from Johns Pass. The beach was beautiful and the other renters were more than nice. We did experience some issues with hot water. when others were using the water you could experience scalding temps one second and freezing temps the next. When nobody was using the water it took a good 5 minutes for the shower to warm up. all in all an ok place. the location was the most attractive thing about it. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2011 Sea Rocket 21 was a perfect place for my friend and I while we were on Spring Break. We are two young college girls, and we wanted a place to stay that was not crowded or near college party areas. We just wanted a place to relax and soak up some sun. The room was small...but it was perfect for just us two girls. The kitchen and all of its appliances worked well. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was new! I liked that we could swing the TV around to watch from the couch...then turn it to face the bed so we could watch it as we went to sleep. The patio and decks outside of our room were kept very clean. The beach is so close!! You can see it from out of the windows in our room. The one issue we ran into during our stay was low Internet connection. Not a huge problem but just thought it would be worth mentioning. Sea Rocket 21 provided an abundance of linens and towels (bathroom and kitchen); there was also a vaccuum, two beach chairs, pots and pans, silverware and glassware, and more! Great place to stay!!!
