Located in the private community of Fairway Oaks Plantation of Cherry Grove, this beautifully decorated townhome offers guests all of the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The spacious living room/dining room area offers guest plenty of seating, an appearance only fireplace, and patio door access to a small patio where you can BBQ.

The large master bedroom is conviently located on the first floor of the townhome and features a queen size bed, TV, and a private bathroom. Upstairs guests will find 2 guest bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first guest room has a queen size bed while the 3rd guest room has a full size bed. Both bedrooms boast TV's for your late night TV viewing.

Fairway Oaks Plantation has a beautiful community swimming pool and sundeck area. Families with small children will love the playground area. Both are just a short walk thru the community from 2A! For those who would rather sun on the beach, a less than 5 minute walk will have you basking in the sun or splashing in the ocean!

Fairway Oaks Plantation 2A is a non-smoking townhome and does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or boats of any type. The Fairway Oaks association does not allow renters to have golf carts on the premise.
