Very private 3 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront home with nice wooded views and the gulf in the distance. Located in picturesque Safety Harbor Club.

This lovely 3 bedroom home is an upside down model with the living space upstairs. Enjoy vaulted cielings and an expansive natural outdoor setting with slider doors walking out to the upper level patio. The home has a nice open floor plan with the kitchen, kitchen bar, dining room and living area all open for a spacious feel.

The living area is set up with comfortable wicker furnishings and a 36" flat screen tv. The home has nice tongue and grove along with mexican tile throughout. It gives you a true beach house feel. Very casual but elegant.

Downstairs are the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Off two bedrooms,you have access to a screened in porch with patio set and lounges.

The home has a private path up to the beach through the Safety Harbor beach gazebo. Enjoy use of Safety Harbor Club and North Captiva Island Club pools, tennis and private restaurants.

The master bedroom has a 22" flat screen tv also.

Dockage is included at the nearby Safety Harbor Club warf.
