Der Ort Eidsdal liegt ca. 4 km weiter westlich. Unten am Fjordufer finden Sie einen schönen Sitzplatz mit Bademöglichkeiten. Hier steht eine Reihe alter Bootshäuser, die zur idyllischen, friedvolllen Atmosphäre beitragen. Dieses Haus liegt als vorletztes in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Es ist für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, die ebenfalls Zugang zum Boot haben. Ein Ruderboot m. Motor ist inkl. und liegt für Ausflüge auf dem Wasser bereit. Schönes Gebirge um Norddal, das ebenfalls zu naturschönen Erlebnissen einlädt, u.a. bei Herdalsetra und am See Herdalsvannet, wo man nach Forellen angeln kann.
