Dieses Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Naturgrundstück in schöner Umgebung und reizvoller Natur in einem Ferienhausgebiet in Købingsmark. Es erhielt 2011 eine neue Küche und ein neues Bad. Die Möbel sind älteren Datums. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten, u.a. gute Surf- und Angelmöglichkeiten. Auch an die kleinsten Gäste wurde gedacht und eine Schaukel auf dem Grundstück errichtet. Von Ostern bis Ende Sept. ist der Kaufmann am Campingplatz ca. 300 m vom Haus geöffnet.
