In allen Räumen gibt es Fußbodenheizung, die durch einen Luft-Wasser-Wärmetauscher erwärmt wird. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch eine Luft-Luft-Wärmepumpe. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr hell. Die Terrassenfläche ist teilweise überdacht. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Angelmöglichkeiten, und am Haus finden Sie einen Filetierplatz für den frischen Fang. Im großen Badezuber draussen können Sie mit 6 Personen sitzen und ein Bad im Freien geniessen (ohne DanCenter Service). Der zugehörige Holzofen sorgt dafür, dass die 2000 Liter Wasser im Zuber, je nach Jahreszeit, innerhalb von 2-4 Stunden bis zu 40 Grad erwärmt werden. Nordborg bietet einen Golfplatz, das Danfoss Universe, Schwimmhalle, Tennisplätze und natürlich zahlreiche Geschäfte. Als Ausflugsziele bieten sich Augustenborg, Sønderborg oder die Vergnügungsparks Sommerland Syd und Legoland an. Hobbyangler kommen in der Umgebung auch auf ihre Kosten.
