The villa is very homely, with a large garden and private swimming pool (and a children’s pool) that is great for the kids. The large perimeter wall that surrounds the property grounds offers great seclusion and security. A large Thai Sala/covered terrace sits perfectly in the garden, allowing you to relax on comfortable sofas or watch the flat-screen TV that is mounted on the wall. There is also a small bar area and refrigerator in the Sala.
The second terrace is outdoor and backs directly into the lounge. Here you will find sun lounges, tables and chairs for you to relax, unwind and absorb the garden’s tranquility.
The interior of the villa has spacious open plan living areas, nicely decorated with comfort and convenience in mind. With light and easy in the eye tones all round, the villa is very homely, allowing you to enjoy your holiday experience within a beautiful atmosphere.
The kitchen is positioned just off the main open living areas, decorated with colorful ceramic tiles, wooden wall units and black granite work surfaces. The choices of appliances that enhance your self-catering options include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, stovetops and a microwave.
Living Room Description:
The living room is open plan backing directly on to the outdoor terrace through double doors while overlooking the beauty of the landscaped garden. Within the lounge, you will find a large and comfortable L-shape black settee and coffee table within footsteps of the dining area with its six-seat glass dining table. The entertainment features of the lounge are the big flat-screen TV, international TV channels and a DVD player.
The Chase 1 has four bedrooms in total, two of which have ensuite bathrooms, whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, whilst the fourth bedroom has two single beds further cementing the family orientated atmosphere of the Chase 1. All bedrooms have air-conditioning with two of the room providing great views of the pool, garden and terrace area.
Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms whilst the other two share a bathroom. The master bathroom has a bathtub, twin wash basins, toilet and showers. The remaining bathrooms have shower, wash basins and toilets.
Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.
Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
