The landscaped garden is one of the defining features of this holiday rental property. With its scenic lawn areas laden with a host of neatly trimmed tropical vegetation, the garden is a natural oasis. Overlooked by a covered terrace area, the garden comes equipped with a large swimming pool, which benefits from the untold privacy of The Chase. Although Pattaya and Jomtien are roughly a 15 minute drive away, this is one of its endearing features, as you can enjoy your very own tranquil retreat away from the tourist masses, but still be within a close enough distance to enjoy them when you feel like it. The Chase allows you to have the proverbial ‘best of both worlds’.

Kitchen:
Those who enjoy cooking while on holiday will enjoy the self-catering option s at The Chase. Take advantage of a selection of modern appliances that include an oven, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop and coffee and tea making facilities.

Living Room:
The spacious open plan living area allows you the room to stretch out and relax. The elegant wooden floors masterfully blend in with the comfortable L-shape settee and fixtures to create a clean cut environment. From the lounge, you can enjoy the views overlooking the scenic landscaped garden and private swimming pool. The lounge is also home to a TV with many international cable channels to take advantage of.

Bedrooms:
The bedrooms enjoy a cozy ambience, decorated in light and subtle tones, with sleek wooden flooring, double beds, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The way some of that two of the bedrooms provide direct access to the garden and views overlooking the swimming pool will make waking up in the morning something really special. The bedrooms are all spacious and provide more than enough wardrobe facilities.

Bathrooms:
All the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, toilets and wash basins.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.

Our refund policy is as follows:

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
