Apartment is built-up 1989 and it is 47 m2 + 20 m2 loft. In ground floor there are 1 bedroom with double bed, little kitchen and living room with fireplace and eating place, electric heating sauna and big terrace. On the open loft there are 4 single beds. Grill on the backyard. Possibility to rent both apartments in the same house for 12 person. Cozy apartment is in peaceful cottage area, 5 km to the slopes. Lake Syväri 15 m, crudity base beach and boat can be used together the other apartment, Kuopio 55 km, Final cleaning 75 € and bed linen 17€ booked on advance . Pets are allowed, extra fee 40€ / reservation. Smoking are not allowed. Every reservation starts at 16.00 P.M. and ends at 12.00 A.M. (Also in weekends). Hot tub for rent for extra charge!!!
