65 km north-east of Kuopio, located at Tahkovuori resort, one half (apartment) of semi-detached chalet unit, L.Syväri 100 m, shared shore and jetty, shore sanded and rather deep, water depth at end of jetty suitable for adult swimmers. Chalet was built in 2010 from solid logs, living room/kitchen where is convection fireplace, bedroom double bed, open sleeping loft bunk bed and 2 separate beds (other bed built in and therefore can not me moved), washroom, sauna (electric stove), WC, terrace. Area 85 m² of which 55 m² downstairs and 30 m² on the loft. On lower floor of apartment is a separate garage which is NOT included in rent. From semi-detached house´s balconys can connected.
Smaller half of a semi-detached house unit made of good quality materials. Internet-connection (wireless, speed 10 Mb). There are still only a few cottages in this area, the nearest separate neighbouring cottages being 20-30 metres away. Path to shore is rather steep, with stone steps along the way. Good, quiet “base camp” at Tahko resort for a small family or two couples. 1 lot of firewood / day is included in price; more firewood can be purchased from the local shopsYard area still partly unfinished. No pets, no smoking allowed indoors. Bookings start at 16.00 on arrival day and end at 12.00 on departure day (including weekend bookings). Wireless internet connection.
