Family Vacation to Newport A guest from Sandy, Utah recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 First the positive - We LOVE Newport! . Newport beach was the perfect location, there was so much to do! The beach is truly incredible!We definitely will vacation at Newport again. The only downside was the condition of the house. The floor was filthy. We spent the first day cleaning and mopping the floors. We have a baby that is crawling. We walked into the unit and put her down as we were unloading. Five minutes later her hands and feet and clothes were literally black. The floors had not been mopped before we got there. There was also dog hair ail over the main downstairs unit. So once we cleaned, swept and mopped, we had a great vacation. The house is spacious, giving us room for kids to play WII in the upstairs den while we enjoy a movie on the beautiful flat screen in the living room, or just lounge in the chairs on the patio.When the sun came out we took the short walk to the beach and enjoyed the waves!
