If you?re looking to spend your vacation outdoors, escape to the this single-family home that has three floors of living space, two floors of outdoor seating, and just a short walk to the ocean. It is decorated in warm woods, with a Spanish feel. The large brick patio on the ground floor has seating for four, and has the feeling of the tropics, with green plants on the perimeter. Walk up an exterior staircase to another large redwood deck, recently updated during 2012. There is more seating, with a patio table, chairs and market umbrella, and a gas grill, with a fridge for storing drinks.

The ground floor features three cozy bedrooms and a full-size bathroom. There are two twin rooms, one features a large wooden built in bunk bed, the other has two white built-in twin beds, stacked perpendicularly. The main living area is situated on the second floor, featuring large L-shaped couch and several arm chairs for accommodating the whole family. A large Spanish-style fireplace is situated in the corner with a brick ledge for curling up with a book on a cold summer night. There is a formal dining table with seating for six, and as you turn the corner, there is a large kitchen, with more seating at the counter top, and a large breakfast nook with built in benches with cushions and accent pillows for an informal meal, or enjoying a game of cards or a board game.

The third floor features the master bedroom loft with queen bed and a full private bathroom and small balcony.

This home also has a non-coin operated washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a two-car garage.

My only concerns that originally we didn't have 2 nightstand lights in the master bedroom; with the MBR being a loft, we were woken with the light, and could hear everything downstairs; the downstairs bedrooms could hear when we opened bathroom drawers in the MBR. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the place. There was an overall clean, but dirty in corners and the silverware etc. drawers where so dirty, we washed all the dished and silverware before using. We really appreciated having 2 garage spaces and the ease to the beach and walkway. Being able to BBQ was a special treat. We very much enjoyed our stay. We really appreciate the service from Jane & Diane from Burr White. The handyman, Basil was knowledgeable, efficient and came immediately when we had a plugged up kitchen sink. We were impressed with his service. Once we contacted Burr White, the tech guy came and installed a new modem for wireless internet. We would really like to rent the house for two weeks rather than one but not for the July 4 week. We would like the week we presently have and the week following, or we would consider a later time in July and early August for two weeks. Clean house. Good location.except for car breakin 2 doors away. Many things broken and not working. Dishwasher, garage, upstairs Terry T. from Bakersfield, CA does not recommend this property. It just needs someone to check out these items ahead of the renter finding them. Although I know for a fact the owner knew about dishwasher and windows ahead of time.
