The kitchen has stainless steel Viking appliances, built in microwave, beautiful granite countertops and plenty of cabinet and counter space for preparing and storing food. Just next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. The living room has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, fireplace, 2 chairs and a beautiful mounted flat screen TV. The patio located on the sand has an umbrella, table that seats 4, fantastic ocean views and a gas BBQ, perfect for cooking for family and friends!

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, fireplace, mounted flat screen TV and a sliding glass door that leads to an oceanfront balcony. It has an adjoining bathroom with exquisite marble countertops and a newly tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and beautiful vaulted ceilings. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. There is another full bathroom between the second and third bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and an adjoined bathroom with double vanity and a gorgeous marble shower.

There are two parking spots in the garage with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

Beautiful. I loved it and I will be coming back. A guest from Newport Beach, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 I will be coming back. My family loved it which is why I rated it so high. The only negatives that I would like to point out to make this even better is 1.) bed closest to beach squeals like a cheap motel bed. Please get a new one. 2.). The sliding glass door upstairs is not opening and closing properly. 3.). Several light fixtures and outlet outside need to be fixed. Other than these minor things, I rate this a ten. Great spot, well designed, great house, beautiful beach. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 Overall a great week, but unfortunately this house has no screens, so we had many flies and gnats in the kitchen and dining area areas. Wonderful Family Weekend! A guest from Upland, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2011 We spent four nights right on the sand at Newport Beach and it was Wonderful! The home was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. We had a minor problem with no propane for the BBQ but the management company representative took care of it quickly and brought us a tank. We had such a great time with our kids and grand-children it was very special. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and it was a birthday he will never forget!
