Big table for dining was great! Very nice but durable furnishings. Probably needs another trash can ;) great time overall and just one parking ticket to be hadfor the whole group of friends and family. Best Beach House So Far Ashley D. from Salt Lake City, NV recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 This is my family's 4th stay in Newport Beach and we have stayed at a different house each time. So far, this has been our favorite one. Besides the cleaning service not having the place cleaned before we got there, everything else was great, but they did get that taken care of in a prompt matter. The house looks a little dated on the outside but is nicely updated on the inside with wood floors, nice furniture, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. I was very impressed with how close it was to the beach as well. My only complaint would be the lack of noise barrier on the floor as we had a few complaints from our downstairs neighbors from our little ones running around...kind of hard to control.
