The patio has a table that seats four, umbrella and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!

The master suite has a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen, third and fourth bedrooms has 2 single twins, nightstands and a closet, great for hanging clothes and storing shoes.

There are two parking spots and a washer and dryer in the garage with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

Just for fun, we counted, and it was 75. Add the fact that the unit was very nice and we can say it was an extremely pleasant stay. The microwave oven in the lower unit failed, but things happen. Burr White had a replacement there the same day we reported it, no problem. The staff was professional. We will definitely use Burr White for our next stay in Newport Beach. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2009 I believe the weekly cost is high, it has went from $2800 to $3300 and the cleaning and deposit charges are out of sight....I am sure the cleaning people are not getting what you charge, so why are we paying sooo much...and the rent keeps going up...
