Enjoy the beach at this newly renovated 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom lower split level unit that is located just 1 block from the sand! This condo features flat screen TVs, private patio, updated kitchen, furnishings, laundry room and a gas BBQ.

The living room has 2 couches, new tile, coffee table and flat screen TV. There is a bench-style dining table that seats four. The kitchen has a dual sink, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The outdoor patio has a table, chairs and a gas BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!

There is 1 bathroom/2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bathroom/1 bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom located upstairs has a king bed, mounted flat screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. The second and third bedrooms located downstairs, have a queen bed and two single twins, both with flat screen TVs. There is another full bathroom between the second and third bedroom as well as a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

There is one parking spot in the garage and one additional carport spot. There is extra space for storing bikes, surfboards and other beach gear. This condo is walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bike rentals, shops and restaurants!

While the unit met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and proximity to the beach, this was not a great location for a family with small children. Balboa Blvd. is a very busy and noisy street with a LOT of people going back and forth from the bars or liquor stores late at night. We saw several people arrested on the street during our stay and felt unsafe at night.

we were advised one week prior that our 1st choice wasn't ready yet ,but we would be given a similar rental. It didnt work out for small, noisy ect. I requested another place for the 2nd week and was given the original choice,still in the process of painting. Didn't get the thrill of beach rental and intimate family sharing until the last three days of vacation. Not the best two weeks of my adult life. I drove by the above mentioned rental and saw the multitude or liquor bottles and cans on the patio table. Probably the proper crowd for this place! If the rental wasn't available I should have been given the option of canceling entirely, I couldn't do that to my grand kids but I would have liked the option fully explained read my handwritten critique and explain to me why my reimbursement should have been more that the cleaning deposit. A loyal customer deserves more FLG

The property owner was working on the home that you rented and was unable to complete the work before your arrival. As soon as we were aware of this situation, we notified you. We did offer you the option of cancelling with a refund in full. We believe that you chose to make the best of it for the grandchildren sake. We did the best we could under these circumstances. We do apologize that the substituted property was not up to expectations.

The location of the beach rental was good & bad. The street noise was super loud and on the weekend you couldn't even sleep because of the noisy people. The location to the beach was great. Very short walk. Also very convenient to store for ice, snacks, etc.

Unit was run down, dirty, old beat up furniture, amenties were 30yrs old. very little up keep done in years. Next door neighbor (older couple) nightly between the evening time of 7-8 pm complained about radio noise and/or family games we were playing in the patio. Based on the weekly rate charged for this unit, we feel that we were over charged based on the condition of the property and the nightly abuse of neighbors, we are planning to return to Newport Beach in years to come as a family vacation destination but we do have reservation in using Burr White Realty as a property management team.

I didn't realize the property was at the corner of a busy street. This made sleeping difficult along with the fact that the blinds in the bedroom don't keep the sun out at 6 am. I would also like to say that Burr White should mention that "providing linens," doesn't include any beach towels. In fact everything was at the minimum. I feel I paid more by picking a home represented by Burr White but got less. In futere I will use Home Away but avoid this company.

All the ratings are meaningless. I just wanted to post this:It was good. I wouldn't do it again because of the $250 cleaning fee. That's crazy. The house was left in amazing shape.

Not newly renovated..

There were no reviews on this property should have been my first clue. The description stated "Newly Renovated" Certainly not the case. Maybe freshly painted at best. Kitchen awful only one drawer. All untensils stuffed in one small drawer. Refrigerator very old and did not close properly. Guest bathroom tub filled up as you showered. Did not drain. Both bathrooms could use new shower doors very old and dingey. Bedrooms however were very large and spacious.
