Kick back and enjoy this contemporary Spanish style condo that's only 7 houses from the beach! It features spanish tile floors throughout, a ground floor master bedroom, a living room fireplace, a rooftop deck, nice decor, and rustic furnishings.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, featuring a TV and adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second floor has the kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, queen and 1 twin bunk bed and single double bed. There is another bathroom between the second and third bathroom with double vanity. The third story has a futon and the rooftop deck.

The kitchen has a dual sink, built in microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. There is a dining table that seats five. The living room has a comfortable L- shaped couch, fireplace, coffee table, 2 chairs and big flat screen TV.

The rooftop deck has lounge chairs and a table that seats five. There is a stainless steel BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends.

There is one carport parking spot. This house is walking distance to the beach, grocery store, shops and local restaurants!

Mostly a great time? Dan P. from Palos Park, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 Great interaction with staff to find property on short notice. Would have been helpful to know there was no air-conditioning. It took staff two days tonrespond to multiple phone calls requesting fans. Also only two rolls of toilet paper for family of five for a week? Property was obvious rental, floors very dirty, furniture, especially living room couches also very sandy. Location was saving grace. Very nicely situated half block from the pacific, and a parking space as well! It is standard practice in all our homes to furnish starter rolls of TP and one bar of soap in the bathroom and guests furnish the rest of the disposable-type products. It was an unusually hot summer here in Newport and AC is not usually needed. Very few homes on the peninsula have AC, and we do publish that there is no AC in the homes on the website and in the rental agreement. In the rush to find you a place, the details may not have been communicated and we are sorry you wern't properly infomed. But luckily for residents and vacationers alike, we have a cool afternoon and evening breeze and a giant pool right in the "front yard!" 123 36th Street B needs a few things Duane G. from San Rafael, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 The location was great and the unit was fine. The kitchen is short some items. The tile/stone floors are nice and beachy, but a few area rugs would help. Cleanliness upon move in was average, but I expected a little more cleanliness for the price and location. Newport is the Best A guest from Paradise Valley, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We had a great stay. The property was properly equipped with bedding, kitchen utensils, furniture etc to ensure a comfortable stay. We had some problems with the TV. The tech was there to repair it within a very short time with no inconvenience to us. The location is great: across from a park, down the block from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.Burr White was professional and friendly. Dissappointed Sherri N. from Peoria, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in June, 2012 Not impressed with this home. Have rented several over the years and this one I would definitely not recommend. The house was very sparsely equipped. Also, master bedframe was broken, internet did not work, no broom or anything to clean floor with. Lots of confusion of whether or not use of the garage was included. Burr White did correct problems immediately and were excellent to work with. This house is very difficult to maneuver because it has three different levels with two sets of stairs to get to each level - not recommended if you have kids or elderly parents. Also, no view! Always a great time at Newport Beach A guest from Henderson, NV does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2012 We had to call maintanance every day about some issue. The maintanance team were right on it. They were very kind and professional. There was plenty of room, so that was great. Location was awesome. The condo itself was nice,I just felt like it could have used some TLC, as it was pretty run down. Needs paint and an updated entertainment system. Stayed for 9 days in June, 2012 I have travelled all over the world our holiday on Newport beach was...Fantabulous is the only way to describe the stay on 123B 36th Street Newport Beach. The ambience when you walk in is absolutely lovely. Lots of room lovely kitchen great roof patio. We were only 4 people staying but could easily of slept another 4 adults and 2 children. The location is lovely and quiet in comparison to the beach front houses, the beauty of is, it takes you seconds to walk on the beach. I would go back in a heart beat, we met beautiful people The Bosselli family in particular made our stay one to truly remember, with their kindness, help, true good Samaritan attitude and also their inside knowledge of where to go and what to do. Those donuts where yummy! Lastly I couldn't fault Burr White Jane Cheryl and all the people there couldn't do enough to help us.
