Come stay at this great 3 bedroom beach condo! Located between 46th and 47th street, this condo is walking distance to the grocery store, bike rentals and restaurants! This upper unit features hardwood floors, fireplace, spacious front patio with a gas BBQ and 2 parking spots!

The living room has a couch, an armchair, coffee table, fireplace and a flat screen TV. There are 3 barstools up at the kitchen counter for eating. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, dual sink, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom with a shower-tub. The second and third bedrooms each have a single twin. There is another full bathroom with nice countertops and shower-tub between the second and third bedroom. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The outdoor deck has a table that seats four, extra chairs and a gas BBQ, perfect for cooking for family and friends!
