The living room has a comfortable leather couch, arm chairs, coffee table and flat screen TV. The dining table seats four and there is additional seating for two at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dual sink, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom with a double sink. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single twins. The couch in the living room converts to a queen size sleeper sofa. There is another full bathroom with nice countertops and shower-tub between the second and third bedroom.

The outdoor balcony has a table that seats four, ocean views and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for cooking for family and friends.

Great house with nice view Lauren K. from Santa Ana, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 The house was nice inside and out. Loved the view and the kitchen was nice. It wasn't super clean when we arrived (floors were dirty). It is advertised as having a 2 car garage... There was no way 2 cars could fit in the garage. In fact, our Mazda CX9 didn't fit in length-wise so we couldn't close the garage door and we had our laundry detergent and a boogie board stolen out of the garage. The last night was SUPER noisy! Long-term renters across the street had a huge party and the weekly renters next door had lots of screaming, crying little kids.
